Add 2 tbps of butter in the pan..add finely sliced ginger.. saute it well..add the pureed mixture, nutmeg powder…and cook it on medium flame for ten minutes…add kasuri methi, chicken give it a mix and cook it for 5 minutes..u can add water to adjust the consistency of gravy as per your choice.1 tsp of honey to balance the tangyness from tomatoes.
  6. Add cream and cook it for another 5 minutes..
