Remove from the heat; stir in the rice, cheese, tomato and chilies. in a bowl, combine the eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt and hot pepper sauce. A frittata is simply an open-faced omelet.   6. Transfer the cooked and slightly cooled vegetables to an ovenproof / earthenware dish and spread them in an even layer.
  7. Pour the egg mixture on top. Sprinkle paprika on top.
  8. Bake in the oven for about 12 minutes. I would advice to check at 10 minutes for the right amount of fluffiness. :)
