Instructions to make "Mud" Cake:
  1. Boil water in separate pan with the one you're planning to make your cake with. Add the salt, vanilla extract, sugar, and margarine (yes it will float). Stir so that all sugar's dissolved.
  2. Turn the heat off after it boils, add flour and coconut milk and mix. Let it cool.
  3. Has it cooled enough already? If yes, crack your eggs inside. You need to make sure that it cools, if not you'll have a cake with precooked eggs. Mix well.
  4. Prepare your pan, heat it well. Don't forget to add oil to make the cake slid out easily.
  5. In low heat, pour your liquid batter to the pan until about a finger join thick (1-2cm). Cook until the cake set. Halfway through you can add toppings (you can also do this after).
  6. Take it off the pan. You can also serve it on the pan if you plan to eat it by yourself. I like to eat them when they are cool though, so that they're set but still have that "muddy" texture.
