  4. Check the edges if they are all set before flipping. If edges are set and the middle part starts to bubble, gently and slowly lift half of the pancake then flip!
  5. Serve warm.

Carefully slide the metal spatula under each pancake and turn it over. Using the spatula, transfer the pancakes to a serving plate. Serve the pancakes while still hot with maple syrup and sliced bananas. I admit that flipping the pancakes could be tricky. Remember the smaller, the more manageable the pancakes are.
