- To make the omelette, melt a tablespoon of butter for each of the four omelette separately, add 1/4 chopped garlic to the melted butter for each omelette.
- Mix 2 teaspoons of water with 2 eggs and whisk thoroughly, add some cracked pepper to the egg mix. Add another 1/4 of garlic to this mix
- Heat a pan, pour the egg mix into the hot pan and pull the sides of the omelette with a fork into the middle until the egg mixture has thickened and almost all the moisture is gone and the omelette is almost set.
- Now, whilst still in pan,top half of the omelette with apples or pears, cheese of choice, chives and more cracked pepper, fold over and slide carefully out of pan, serve straight away and enjoy.
Apple in omelet is like a slice of cheddar cheese over apple pie. Mix the blue cheese, sour cream, and walnuts, and set aside. Remove from skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, melt remaining butter over medium-high heat. Spread out the onion and apple mixture evenly in the skillet.
