- Heat oil add in green chilli,cumin seeds, onion seeds, salt,coriander powder,turmeric powder and crushed red pepper. Mix well. Add in 1/4 cup water. When it start boiling add boiled potato cubes. Slightly mashed the potato. Lastly add pickle and garnish with coriander leaves. Aloo ki takari is ready to serve. Serve with puri.
