The ingredients needed to make Broccoli Omelette:
  1. Take 2 Eggs
  2. Get 1 Cup shredded Broccoli
  3. Prepare 1.5 Tsp Butter/Oil
  4. Get 2 Green Chillies
  5. Prepare Pinch Turmeric powder
  6. Take Salt

SEASON with salt and pepper if desired. In a large frying pan, with ovenproof handle, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the broccoli and herbs, saute for a few minutes. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs and cottage cheese.

Instructions to make Broccoli Omelette:
  1. In a pan, add 1 tsp of butter/oil at medium heat. Then add shredded broccoli, sliced green chillies and a pinch of turmeric powder. Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes in open pan till it is bright green in color and its raw smell subsides. Add salt to taste.
  2. Beat two eggs with a pinch of salt. Add the above prepared broccoli to the beaten eggs and mix well. (If you need more spice, you can add black pepper powder to this mixture).
  3. Grease the same pan with half tsp of butter/oil and pour the mixture into the pan in low heat. Cook both the sides and serve it.

Stir a few times to blend. Cook until the broccoli has softened and browned to your liking. Remove to a bowl, whisk the eggs and cream together for the omelette. Heat more butter or coconut oil in the frying pan and add the whisked egg mixture. When the eggs are set, flip the sides over to the center to create your omelet.
