- Add Vanilla essence and egg. Mix again to combine well.
- Add crushed peanut and mix.
- Add flour mixture and mix well.
- Add oats and combine.
- Make a soft dough by combining everything well.
- Keep the dough in the refrigerator for 1/2 an hour to set.
- Prepare a baking tray with baking sheet.
- When the dough becomes little hard take out from refrigerator.
- Take small lime size portion and roll it in between your palm to make ball.
- Press in between palm to make little flat.
- Like this shape all the cookies and arrange in the baking tray(put 2 inch gap between the cookies).
- Preheat oven at 170 degree C for 10 minute.
- Bake the cookies for 10 to 12 minutes or until the sides of the cookies start changing colour.
- Be sure not to over bake the cookies, otherwise the cookies may get burn from back side.
- Take out from oven and keep untouched for 10 minutes to cool.
- After 10 minutes transfer them to wired rack to completely cool.
- My cookies take exact 10 minutes to cook.
- They are soft, slightly chewy with amazing flavour.
