The ingredients needed to make Fried rice:
  1. Take Cooked cold rice (I cooked 4 cups)
  2. Get 2 shallots
  3. Make ready 2 carrots (cut into small pieces)

  6. Take 400 g beef diced into small bite size (pre cooked)

  11. Prepare 1/2 tsp Chinese season salt
  12. Take 3 Tbsp fried rice paste

  14. Prepare 1 tsp Garlic powder,
  15. Take 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
  16. Get 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  17. Take 1/2 Maggie cube or sauce (optional) set aside
  18. Prepare 1 tbsp Oyster sauce

  3. In a wok or any deep pan, add oil and fry the beef till all the water has completely dried from the meat. Remove meat from the pan and set a side. Drizzle more oil to the pan and fry the onions till translucent. Add (fried rice paste) prawns and the Chinese season salt (optional), fry for 2 minutes on a low heat.
  4. Add all the vegetables and cook for 1 minutes, add the rice and keep stirring making sure the rice is well in cooperated with the sauce.
  5. Season to taste with salt, black pepper and a little bit of light soy sauce (at your own discretion)
  6. All done, enjoy with a side salad.
