  2. When opaque in colour add the Garlic And fry for one minute
  3. Then add the minced Beef and fry for 10 minutes

  5. Add the Beef stock and the chopped can of tomatoes mix well bring to the boil and turn down heat and simmer for 20-30 minute
  6. Add the Salsa and mix in
  7. Add the tomatoe purΓ©e and mix
  8. Then spread spoon on the mixture onto the wraps in equal amounts
  9. What's left just pour over the tops Roll the wraps around the mixture and place on a greased oven dish
  10. Then add the cheese equally on each wrap put back in to melt for 3-5 mins.
  11. If you use a cheese sauce make it thick put back in for 10 minutes on low
  12. Let it cool it is easier then to lift the wrap out in one piece
  13. When ready just reheat in the or oven for a few minutes
  14. Serve with a Crispy Salad and sour Cream
