  6. Cover the tray with cling wrap and set aside in a warm place to proof for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  7. Once that is done, heat oil and deep-fry each donut until it turns golden brown on both sides.
  8. Let the donuts cool, and coat with toppings of your choice.
  9. Serve warm.
