  3. After veggies are soft, add in leftover mushrooms. Stir to combine, add salt & pepper. Heat through.
  4. Now add diced steak.
  5. Cover everything with the scrambled eggs.
  6. Drizzle your hot sauce over the eggs. Salt & pepper.
  7. Last, sprinkle the grated cheese over the eggs.
  8. Turn heat down to medium low, cover and let cook to set for about 10-15 minutes.
  9. Once cooked, top with sliced avocados and diced tomatoes. Adjust salt & pepper to taste. Sprinkle dried oregano. Enjoy.

How to Make Steak & Potato Frittata. Preheat a ovensafe non-stick pan to medium-high heat. In a small bowl whisk together eggs, half and half, salt and pepper to taste, set aside. Add potatoes, fry until golden brown, add steak, spinach, and caramelized onions. Drizzle oil in the pan and cook the steak, seasoning with a little salt and pepper.
