  10. Push PRESSURE COOK—Normal; Pressure: High; Timer: 1 hour
  11. Natural Release—10 minutes
  12. Push pressure relief valve to Quick Release.
  13. Take pan out and let sit for 10 minutes.
  14. Remove from pan and slice.
