  7. Add water and cook fr 30 mnt over low flame
  8. Yummmy potato bean is ready and serve it.

Gradually whisk in oil until blended. Pour over potato mixture; toss to coat. Canned black beans and drained canned tomatoes join the sweet potatoes and onions for the base, but the crowning finish to this casserole is a blanket of smoky, melted mozzarella cheese.
