You might notice I didn't add mushrooms which you would typically see in Stroganoff. That's because I don't i love ur recipe, and almost like mine! I use garlic mushrooms squirt of Worcester and wine! Yours looks gorgeous and I'm going to use ground beef.

  1. Slice the carrots
  2. To a deep pan add the ground beef, carrots, onions and spices.
  3. Cook till the beef is brown and carrots are most way done. Add 1/2 cup water, chives, and green beans. Stir and cook till green beans are tender I used frozen. It takes about 15 minutes.
  4. Add mayonnaise and sour cream. Mix well but don't boil. if not thick enough then mix the cornstarch and water and add stirring constantly it will thicken.
