  1. Make ready 1 lb Mild Jimmy Dean Sausage
  2. Get 1/2 packages Ore'Ida Hash Browns. (thin cut works best)

  4. Get 1/2 packages Cheddar Cheese
  5. Get 3 Eggs

  1. Cook sausage on medium heat until thoroughly cooked, but not browned
  2. Add hashbrowns to sausage and cook until done. (You can cook longer if you like them browned like I do)
  3. Add eggs and cook approx. 4 minutes, or until eggs are fully cooked. Keep turning the mixture while cooking to "scramble" the eggs.
  4. Layer cheeses on top and allow a few minutes for them to melt.
  5. Dish out and enjoy!
