- Blend until smooth & serve.
- Add a splash of hot chili sauce to spice it up a bit.
Place potatoes and cauliflower in the baking dish. Pour leek and milk mixture over potatoes and cauliflower. Sprinkle with cheese and cover with aluminum foil.
