  1. First take a bowl & mixed wheat flour salt baking powder &water turned a soft dough and rest aside for 15 min
  2. Then take all dal and boiled this, take a pan heat oil then add bay leaf,chapped tomato turmeric powder ginger paste chaat masala salt and water are mixed very well 10 min cookd and now ready our dal
  3. Then divide the dough into small ball, now take a pan, brush with oil then take those balls and cover it for 10 min after 10 min cooked the other side more 10 min, now ready our baati
