Put in the hairy gourd strips, and stir fry until softened. Add in chopped snake gourd and saute for a couple of mins. Add in salt and sambar powder and saute well. Pour in a splash of water and cover the pan.

  1. Wash and scrape the skin of snake gourd then cut it in circle. Soak glass noodle until it soft.Soak dried shrimps too.
