  1. Marinate chicken for 10 minutes. Slice the tomatoes.
  2. In a pot add oil and tomatoes. Cook and mash them. Now add chicken yogurt mixture. And mix well. Then cook it on low flame until chicken is white.
  3. When chicken is white add boiled chickpeas and mix well. Now cook on low flame until curry is made. Garnish with diced green bell pepper.
  4. Boil the rice in water with 1 tsp salt. Strain it. Then in the same rice pot add 2 tbsp oil and 1/2 cup water. Now add the boiled rice and spread it. On top of it add chicken chickpea curry. And on top of that add more boiled rice.
  5. Now place mint leaves brown onions and orange food colour. Cover the lid and let rice cook on low flame. When done mix it well. And serve hot with Vegetable spiced yogurt sauce. Enjoy.
