  5. Bake (uncovered) at 375 for 35 minutes or until bubbling and cheese has browned slightly. Carefully remove from the oven and let cool for 15-20 minutes. Serve adding a dash or two (or ten) of grated parmesan cheese and enjoy! šŸ˜‹

In small bowl combine remaining Parmesan, bread crumbs, paprika, and melted butter. Add Parmesan, Mozzarella/Monterey Jack, salt and pepper, and cayenne pepper.
