I changed a few items because of what I had onhand. Add diced potatoes and broth to the pot. Garlic- Buy it fresh and mince it at home for best flavor. Russet Potatoes- Red potatoes may also be used. Corn- Frozen or canned Half and Half- Whole milk may be used but I prefer to mitigate the risk of curdling by using dairy with a higher fat content.
