In small bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, butter and brown sugar. Heat a waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions. Whisk together the toasted oat flour, all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda in a medium bowl. NOTE-these Oatmeal Waffles are not light and fluffy like flour made waffles are but instead and thick, dense and heart which is what makes them so filling and great for the PB & J Waffle Sandwiches.

Steps to make Oatmeal Waffles:
  1. Turn waffle iron on
  2. Put all inrediants in the blender and close lid tightly.
  3. Blend on high until smooth
  4. Let stand for 2 minutes
  5. Spray waffle iron with non stick oil
  6. Pour mixure into pan. It does not rise like other waffle mix so you can fill the bottom of the waffle iron if you want.
  7. Cook for about 10 minute, or until the waffle is the desired crispyness. It may cook longer than other waffles.
  8. Serve with your favourite topings, we like ours with butter, maple syrup and fruit sauce.
